The days when they were useful currency, to be bartered for gold bullion or 7-bedroom houses, are now long gone. But the stories, the legends! It was a golden age where fortunes were made and heroes strode mightily across the internet crunching hotmail accounts beneath their heels, all thanks to the mercy of the benevolent god Google.
